Our surgery teams are specially trained to treat our youngest patients - from babies that aren’t yet born up to age 21. We are experts on the unique needs of children across all areas of development, understanding how each individual child’s growth rate and personal development pace affects their care and specific treatment decisions.

As part of a comprehensive academic medical center at Augusta University, our care is centralized so we are able to accommodate any advanced care needs of both adults and children. We are the only healthcare facility in Georgia where both Mom and baby can stay in one location for excellent care.
